XXI Vitafoods Europe 2017 (Geneva, Switzerland)

From 09-11 May 2017, Geneva hosted the next edition of Vitafoods Europe, which is Europe’s largest trade fair dedicated to the dietary supplement and functional food industry. It is one of the most important industry events in Europe.

The fair space was divided into thematic sections, such as finished products, services and equipment, and ingredients and raw materials, among others. This year, the Palexpo hall was visited by nearly 20,000 visitors from 115 countries, an increase in attendance compared to last year’s edition of the fair. The 2017 edition also saw an increase in the number of exhibitors – 1017 companies from 56 different countries.

Above all, the Vitafoods fair is an excellent opportunity to exchange contacts, and the event brings together specialists from science and industry, thus creating opportunities to exchange knowledge and establish beneficial cooperation. The event was full of lectures on topics related to functional food, vitamins and dietary supplements.

The event is a great opportunity to talk to specialists from all over the world, as well as to participate in interesting business meetings and various additional events: this year, a representation of Polfa Lublin took part in the Vitafoods Europe Business 5K Run.
